Website Updates
WRL has added two new features to our
website that is intended to improve the functionality for both staff and
public alike. First, we've added an Event
Calendar that is publicly available to view. Please note that
not all events are available for the public to attend and that
information will be provided in the detail of the event.
Secondly, we will begin posting job openings within the region on
our WRL Links page. This will direct you
to original libraries web site with a detailed job description. Please
keep checking this site as it will be updated frequently with employment
opportunity news.

The Watauga Regional Library has created a site that will guide patrons
though Webpac.
Webpac is an online library account manager where patrons can Request
Items, Renew non-over due Items, and search the region's catalog.
This can be a valuable tool to those with busy lifestyles or simply
casual browsers.
With Your Help We Can Make Webpac More User Friendly!!
The WRL is asking for your input to help them make these online services
more efficient. Please take the time to describe your experiences with
Webpac and include any constructive criticisms that you feel necessary.
